If you don’t know it it is impossible to distinguish, but through the window you can see a so-called ‘bird siever’: a bird feeder specifically for small birds. Its roof also has a heptagonal shape (my bad). Every day in the Netherlands hundreds of sparrows and other small birds visit such structures.
